地點佳，但服務待加強，預定lounge服務，開放下午時間，但實際上每次去都是在準備晚餐，只能外帶，除此之外，一切OK。

廁所的管道非常臭、但是經過反應之後、工作人員清掃過後就沒有臭味了、但是洗臉盆還是都有發黴的痕跡、沒有刷乾淨、需要加強！但是房間很大很舒服！

酒店房間很大而好,像公寓般,有廚間作輕型煮食,但我們用不着這點.前抬祇能用英語馬拉語,普通話都不可.另收按金.交通算方便,如步行景點6分鍾至30鐘可達3個景點（包括柔佛古廟,陳旭年街與清真寺).亦可在酒店隔離商場品茗,照心非常好,如在香港一樣！不錯！

靠近新山的通關通道， 步行可以到。 附近有間古廟可以到那上香之後往前走一點就是印度街， 直走便是當地的特色美食的老街。

位置不錯，適合第二天過關去新加坡。周圍有商場便利店，吃飯方便。前台和服務都不錯，辦理入住高效。裝修傢俱會有一點味道，可以開窗通風。 電梯是不用刷卡的，稍微有點不安全。 最大的問題是衞生！這個公寓會有蟑螂！這個真的接受不了。

Pros: Good location. The room is spacious and modern. Staff services are good. Breakfast spread reasonable. Cons: Ants found in kitchen and bathroom sink area. Aircon in room old and noisy; which affect the sleep. Shower warm water not working.

It was just a night stay with friends and we found the place to be very cozy and enjoyable, in-front of the apt has this Lepak corner cafe which you can always hang out for late supper and football match to watch. Overall definitely will come again!

Lovely apartment. We got the one with 2 bedrooms for 4 pax. Amazing. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Toilets were clean. Bedrooms were comfy. I love how it's located in a convinient location, opposite Komtar and City Square and there is a 24hr mamak at the other side. Highlg rec. The only thing that I didn't like was the mattress and pillow but it is a personal preference. Ammenities was lovely. There is a gym that has a nice amount of equipments. Also the pool was great. Had a nice swim. Will come back in the future!

The room is clean and spacious, all is good is just some of the room amenities are not good which include the toiletries provided. 1) The toothpaste is in a packet form, difficult to use, and reuse. Also, the hand wash pump seems faulty soap is very difficult to squeeze out. 2) They only provide 1 hair wash gel, no conditioner. 3) In the shower area, there is no extra stand to put our own facial foam/toiletries. 4) The air conditioning in the living room is very cold, no matter how much adjustment is made with the remote. All these could be improved, hopefully the hotel takes into consideration all these feedback.
