服務 衞生 地理位置都不錯，去新加坡很近，唯一一點不好就是晚上睡覺太吵了 隔音不好 不是摩託聲音就是火車聲音

The beds are comfortable and toilet is clean(come with all necessary toiletries except lotion), but the two artworks/pictures hanging on the wall near the beds are not properly clean, and it blocked you from having a good position to lean on the wall to read or look at your handphone as the hanging positions are too low. The reception also took my identity card for registration and did not return to me on the spot. That's a bit scary even though they came to my room 1/2 hour later to return it while I was taking the shower.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 10 times, but this stay was by far the most disappointing one. The room was very dusty, both of us couldn’t sleep well as our noses kept itching every time we turned. Cleanliness really wasn’t up to standard this time. It’s also not our first time celebrating a birthday here, and while I understand requests are subject to availability, I did indicate in the booking that we were returning to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was quite disappointing to find the room completely plain without any gesture or effort. Considering the room rate wasn’t cheap this round, it’s a pity that the experience fell short. What keeps us coming back has always been the location — walking distance to City Square and Jalan Ah Fook — but I’m starting to wonder if I’m asking for too much as a regular guest.

Convenient location along Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Many good food surrounding within walking distance. Night market on Saturday. However sound proofing not ideal. Past midnight can still hear the noise downstairs (traffic) and also other rooms/corridor. Room has basic amenities. Only bath towels, no face towels provided.

We stayed in a deluxe king bedroom on the 16th floor. It’s quite easily walkable from City Square Mall, abt 5-10min away :-) Staff were friendly too. Very refreshing view of the causeway from where we were. The room itself was decently clean though the ceiling was a bit dusty. Bathroom amenities were the usual. But overall a decent choice for a hotel near CIQ :)

The room is cleaned and tidy with helpful stuff. Location is slightly away from major shopping centres but lots of eateries along the streets. There is also a carpark available for guests. The rooms is closed to the causeway allowing guests to know when to avoid heavy traffic

Very friendly staff which makes the stay very enjoyable. Fuss free check in/out process. Need to wait for staff to guide you on taking the car lift, need to be confident in your driving especially driving mpv. If facing the road towards customs, it may be noisy due to constant traffic. Spacious room and hard to book during the weekends.

The hotel is clean and location is perfect. We stayed a night at 19th floor. Our first time experience the unique parking system. We have to drive our car into a service lift just fitted an SUV and park at the designated multi-storey car park. The service is good and we will definitely come back again.

Another staycation at Z Hotel. This time with the family. Good location, safe carpark, walking distance to malls and foodies. Clean room, nice cooling air-conditioned with large beds. Friendly staffs. Recommended. Will book Z Hotel again for future 永安s. 😊

Stayed here quite a lot of times, usually staying at room facing Jalan Wong Ah Fook and is comfortable. This time they arranged the room on 12th floor facing bridge towards SG which is quite annoying by the noise of motorcycle. Asked front desk to help to change room but they don’t really want to assist until I call for second time. They willing to change my room to higher floor which is better but still facing the bridge.
