如果您只是想走走步行街，打打卡，靠近JB Sentral，這間酒店很適合。走5分鐘左右就是陳旭年文化節，酒店邪對面就有一座蠻漂亮的印度廟，晚上走印度廟方向上去還有馬來人夜市。Google map步行15分鐘到JB sentral，但真正走可能20分鐘左右。。出入方便。。 酒店是翻新過的，不過翻新後裡面是漂亮的，也很清潔。服務也很好。。很值得的一間酒店。。

酒店本身還不錯，當然不要和國內的酒店大堂比較。記得自備英規插頭轉換器，房間裏衹有一個插座適閤中規插頭。窗戶對着新加坡。出門就是新山中心區的開始。其實這是印度裔的一個聚集地。

整體來説還是不錯的，房子很乾凈，服務人員的服務也10分的好，然後還有免費的水，然後也會及時的打掃衞生。和補充。還有晨景可以看。

The beds are comfortable and toilet is clean(come with all necessary toiletries except lotion), but the two artworks/pictures hanging on the wall near the beds are not properly clean, and it blocked you from having a good position to lean on the wall to read or look at your handphone as the hanging positions are too low. The reception also took my identity card for registration and did not return to me on the spot. That's a bit scary even though they came to my room 1/2 hour later to return it while I was taking the shower.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 10 times, but this stay was by far the most disappointing one. The room was very dusty, both of us couldn’t sleep well as our noses kept itching every time we turned. Cleanliness really wasn’t up to standard this time. It’s also not our first time celebrating a birthday here, and while I understand requests are subject to availability, I did indicate in the booking that we were returning to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was quite disappointing to find the room completely plain without any gesture or effort. Considering the room rate wasn’t cheap this round, it’s a pity that the experience fell short. What keeps us coming back has always been the location — walking distance to City Square and Jalan Ah Fook — but I’m starting to wonder if I’m asking for too much as a regular guest.

Convenient location along Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Many good food surrounding within walking distance. Night market on Saturday. However sound proofing not ideal. Past midnight can still hear the noise downstairs (traffic) and also other rooms/corridor. Room has basic amenities. Only bath towels, no face towels provided.

We stayed in a deluxe king bedroom on the 16th floor. It’s quite easily walkable from City Square Mall, abt 5-10min away :-) Staff were friendly too. Very refreshing view of the causeway from where we were. The room itself was decently clean though the ceiling was a bit dusty. Bathroom amenities were the usual. But overall a decent choice for a hotel near CIQ :)

Very friendly staff which makes the stay very enjoyable. Fuss free check in/out process. Need to wait for staff to guide you on taking the car lift, need to be confident in your driving especially driving mpv. If facing the road towards customs, it may be noisy due to constant traffic. Spacious room and hard to book during the weekends.

The hotel is clean and location is perfect. We stayed a night at 19th floor. Our first time experience the unique parking system. We have to drive our car into a service lift just fitted an SUV and park at the designated multi-storey car park. The service is good and we will definitely come back again.
