我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。服務態度傲慢，歧視中國客人（可參照聊天記錄1、2），明明以接待中國客人為主，本人英語不好讓提供中文版，卻來一句馬來西亞是英語國家。服務超級差，一句自助服務徹底甩鍋，等於沒有任何服務。本人落地較晚，為了不耽誤自己時間，客服就是不停的騷擾你，讓你提供訊息，生怕給自己添麻煩（可參照聊天記錄4）。面對前期客戶的差評，振振有詞，一句12點了，迴避核心衞生問題（可參照聊天記錄3）。

單位的露台景觀是世界級的，可惜門鎖容易鬆開，洗衣露台門只能從外面開門，而不能從屋內鎖門，安全感不足，有時夜晚聽到聲音便要出房外看看，擔心有人深夜入屋，要動腦筋綁住門把。 單位配套足夠，可是沖涼水壓不足，水力很弱，熱水也不夠，只有微暖水。我們住了5晚，垃圾袋沒有放多將個，好彩有自備，床品乾淨，客飯廳位置經常有蟻，枱抹了幾次，還是有蟻。希望戶主作些改善，令入住者更加安心。

Check In 相當不方便因為要特地走來回10分鐘的路程去取鑰匙，之前與客戶服務説了我們不大方便走這麼遠去特地放回鑰匙到郵箱裏他們説可以放在屋裡，但是要check out的時候又説不可以而且他們態度強硬。 雖然環境相當不錯，房子也廣闊乾淨但還是留下不好的印象。游泳池很骯臟，3樓泊車的地方相當陰暗感覺很危險。

Very happy with the stay here at blk 17A #1003, from starting the Owner msg us and informed and guiding all the details of checking in making it so smooth for us (so grateful) We check in abit late bcos of the jammed to Jb and the Owner agreed to give us check late out at 12pm (so nice of them) Even after check out still msg and asking us how we feel enjoy staying there. Appt was clean, neat and cosy just nice for our short Getaway (forgotten to take photos though) Thank you Owner for the service and will look up to your appt again soon...see u🥰

It was easy and straightforward instructions was given out on how to check in and out. The cleanliness was considerably clean in the unit although it was a little dusty on the floor which I guess they could come in from the bottom gap of the main door. The homestay has every amenities we could want. Aeon supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are just a stone's throw from the homestay itself, very convenient for us to get around. The homestay security level is pretty good to protect residents, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a safe living environment. We get to see the security guards patrol all areas, with alertness and safety measures. This makes us feel safer during our stay. I will give 9/10 for our stay, minus 1 pt was because of the small wear and tear such as a chipped plate, broken lock slide door at the balcony and peeling off wallpaper. 8/10 to the condo amenities, minus 2 pt was because the children’s pool was found toilet paper soaking inside the pool and cigarette butt washing up at the swimming pool staircase. I find them disgusting, unhygienic and uncomfortable to let my little on to play in it. Overall, we had a pleasant and cosy homestay there and we will come back again.
