設施：挺全的，離陳旭年文化街非常近，但是文化街太小了所以離得近也沒啥用😭 服務： 有中文服務挺好的也有免費的水。 交通： 馬來西亞沒有交通和人行道，一切靠打車，希望大家好運！

We booked Amari JB for a birthday celebration since the location is good and we have stayed there before. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff were polite. Buffet breakfast was good as well. Overall, my family had a great stay at Amari :)

The room is spacious with a soft , comfortable mattress , and the breakfast is delicious. It's a wonderful place to stay , and this was already my third visit . Overall , an excellent hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

We always stay at this hotel for a short staycation and by far this hotel is the best in this area. Next to komtar and city square shopping centre. You can find many cafes here and vibrant night market all within walking distance. A wide spread of asian breakfast daily. There's room for improvement for service wise. Our rooms are still not ready after 1 hr check in time. But reception did a good job in service recovery. Will definitely come back again.

Location was in center of JB city, traffic can be congested on the way here. Parking levels and payment method was a bit confusing and limited. You need to pay extra RM10/night of your stay. Breakfast was exceptional. Have plenty facilities like free pool table game and massages.

Stayed in an executive club room for 2 nights. Location is fantastic: across the road from Komtar and right upstairs from Hai Di Lao and Bangkok Thai Spa. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Air con thermostats could do with some checking though: it's either blowing cold or not blowing at all. Gym is spacious and equipment are new. Swimming pool is always cold. Food at the lobby restaurant was fine. But the food at the club lounge on weekday breakfasts, tea time and evening cocktails was disappointing: limited in variety and completely unsatisfying. Breakfast on weekdays is very bare bones. Even with the drinks during evening cocktails, you're only limited to choosing from 1 cocktail, 1 mocktail, 1 beer, 1 red wine and 1 white wine! And all this is not made clearly known on their website. This brings me to their service which was inconsistent and overall a disappointment. Staff are superficially friendly, they smile and say hi and then are not helpful anymore and I'd need to go look for them to ask for another drink. On the first day in the club lounge, one staff would be willing to help make other drinks not on the menu, but on the second day, another staff would not make a gin and tonic instead of a tequila and tonic because it's not the "cocktail of the day" - I'm sure the gin is just in the cupboard and it's a small effort to make a customer happy. You cannot check in/out at the club lounge, I was given wrong information twice, they don't allow you to eat outside food in the lounge outside mealtimes (even though their options are so limited), and they were not able to arrange a later checkout even for 30min. The staff really need to be better trained, especially when you compare them to the quality at Doubletree Hilton just down the road. Probably will not come back any time soon.

Fast and friendly check in. Good location. This time got 11th floor. Can hear the music coming from opposite at night. Wife light sleeper can't sleep well. Should get higher floor if possible. Breakfast spread is good. Will definitely be back

Superb location , restaurant and mall are within walking distance We had a great stay! The location is superb — restaurants and shopping malls are just a short walk away, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. A special thank you to Miss Nurin, who was friendly and efficient in helping us with the check-in process. Her warm hospitality made our arrival smooth and pleasant. The hotel also surprised us with complimentary chocolate drinks for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Overall, a very satisfying experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Had an enjoyable stay at Amari Hotel JB. The location is super convenient — close to shopping and food, which made getting around really easy. Room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel had a nice, welcoming vibe. My wife and I had a pleasant experience and would happily stay again on my next visit to JB.
