it was a last min booking that we intend to spent a night in bukit indah. found this hotel due to its location. but my wife does not like the hotel at all as it was old, with smoking smell and the room smell like long time no one stay in. Thus, we decided to check out on the same night and drive back to Singapore. no parking is a draw back. so need to park on own risk. there is a hand written sign was displayed right in front of the receptionist counter. overall is a bad feeling and we will not go back to this hotel again. location is good as it is near by (drive) AEON Bukit Indah and Lotus. there are also eatery around ti within walking distant. other than that nothing much to say.

Lobby area is dark. The air quality is really bad . Drainage smell in the room and lobby . At night , the air con sound is really noisy. Can hear water sound coming from toilet and it is noisy even I closed the door . Went to check if water tap didn’t turn off but it is not . Other than that,I stayed in family junior room for 3 pax with breakfast. The room size is comfortable for 3 pax and price reasonable.

The environment is very humid, causing the room to have a peculiar smell. The toilet door cannot be closed and there is no place to hang clothes in the toilet and there is no soap too. Anyway, their customer service is quite polite.

洗漱的杯子有點臟 而且洗手盆還會漏水ˊ_＞ˋ 除了這些之外好像也沒什麼特別不好的 床很好睡 但是check in的時候花了點時間 加上有一天的房卡還打不開門了有點小破防

Location still ok cos walking distance to nearby mall and food center around. Night time have lok lok stall and durian stall (expensive). The hotel carpet is old and looks dirty. The room wall paper peeling off. The toilet flushing sound and refill water sound very noisy.

The location of the hotel is great as there are great food around the area. However, the cleanliness is terrible - the towels are torn, floor and carpet is dusty and the bedsheet has stains. Toiletries wise, only toothbrush sets and body wash provided. Hotel lobby has a mouldy smell and aircon is very noisy. Didn’t sleep well at all.
