衞生差衞生間還有小強出入

I booked a Premier King room on the 22nd floor and had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations — there was an unpleasant odor upon entering the room, and everything felt old and poorly maintained. The bathtub was stained with a loose, dirty handle, and the mirror in the shower area was covered with visible marks and stains. Hair blower holder is loose and the small retractable mirror is also loose. The room amenities were minimal. Only two small 500ml bottles of mineral water were provided, with any additional bottle charged at RM3 each. There were no face towels, and only two bath towels were supplied. The TV was quite small (around 32 inches), and the power outlet for the kettle was loose, making it unsafe to use. The ventilation vent was covered with dust, and the wallpaper appeared dirty and worn. The facilities were also very limited. There were no saunas or gym available, and the only massage service was offered by an external company staffed entirely by men — no female therapists were available. The overall environment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The so-called international breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited — the nasi lemak rice was cold, the ikan bilis was hard, and the kueh options were few. There was also no cappuccino or latte machine available, only basic premade coffee and tea. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of refurbishment, improved hygiene standards, and better maintenance. It fell well short of even the most basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and service.

My go to hotel each time in Jb. This time booked the King's suite and it was very big. Love the big bathroom. Will definitely book again

Overall, hotel ini memang best dengan segala kemudahan yang ada termasuk kolam renang dan gym. Tambahan lagi ada kafe dan sarapan percuma. Berbaloi.

Booked a room for 1 night. The room is very dated, but large and spacious. Would be better if there are sockets at bedside. Could not sleep well due to the pillows provided, as they are too soft. Bathroom feels very old. Hotel breakfast option is limited, with mini salad bar, Asian food (nasi lemak), some dimsums / Malay dessert delicacy. The bread / pastry option is very limited.

The location is good and the room is spacious. I booked a family room for 3 pax, which had 1 king bed, 1 single bed, and a sofa. The toilet comes with a bathtub, but it wasn’t very clean, maybe because the hotel is quite old already. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and had a lot of fun with my friends. There’s also a 24-hour shop at the lobby, which was very convenient.

Booked this place for one night due to a last minute 永安, mainly for its availability and price point. This feels like an old hotel but living condition still reasonable. I had low expectation to begin with, so the breakfast buffet spread turned out to be slightly more decent given the low price point.

Terrible experience, will not go back again. 2 shampoo were given instead of 1 shower gel and shampoo. Bathtub leaking causing floor to be wet. No floor towel/mat provided. No tissue provided. Toilet bowl hard to flush. Need to flush 3 or 4 times. Bottled water taste funny. Tried calling operator but no answer every day.

I liked the spacious room and promotion rate with breakfast but without cancellation. There was also no salted egg to go with my plain porridge but other condiments were available. No Netflix and hand towels. The landline was still down and the technician didn't return after checking outside. No username and password were written on the holder containing the card key because we had to take note at the counter during check-in. Housekeeping staff responded quickly and came to vacuum the part of the room where crumbs were. Overall, the stay was fine.

今回宿泊したホテルは、到着した瞬間から心地よい雰囲気に包まれ、とても満足のいく滯在となりました。スタッフの方々は笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださり、チェックインからチェックアウトまで安心して過ごすことができました。 客室は清潔感があり、落ち着いた內裝で快適に過ごせます。ベッドの寢心地も良く、旅の疲れをしっかり癒やすことができました。窓からの眺めも素晴らしく、時間を忘れてゆったりと過ごせます。 館內施設も充実しており、レストランやラウンジでは質の高い料理とサービスを楽しめました。特に朝食は種類が豊富で、和洋どちらも満足できる內容です。観光やビジネスの拠點としても立地が良く、利便性の高さも魅力的でした。 総じて、また利用したいと思える素晴らしいホテル體験でした。大切な人との旅行や特別な記念日にもおすすめできるホテルだと思います。
