床單被套骯臟， 牆面發黴，抱枕還破了。 床單枕頭和被子，都發灰了。 但是地面還好，不會黏黏的。 房間跟宣傳照完全天差地別，太離譜了

The room was as described, clean and equipped with the basic amenities. It wasn't very spacious but comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, the facilities were acceptable and matched the information provided 😊

Waldrop too small. Have a hidden column but don’t know what to do with that column. Parking for customer, but night security part bike. Have to parked in front of Physio Clinic. Towel already old. Is high time to change it.

Service and facilities were good enough for a short one-night stay. Quite value for money as breakfast was included. Breakfast was a simple Malaysia breakfast buffet and tasted good. However, a point to caution future guests, I was asked to hand over my card to pay a deposit fee, which I thought the staff would simply scan/ tap the card on the card reader machine (like the previous hotels I have stayed in). But to my horror, the staff started taking down my card details, including my CVV number. Immediately, I felt extremely insecure and knew that it is too late to ask them to delete it as I could not be certain that they would truly delete the details. Hence, I immediately proceeded to lock my card and inform my bank about this. In the end, I had to pay for a replacement card for ease of mind. I felt that the staff should have provided an option to place the deposit in cash and also informed beforehand that such card details would be taken down. If I had known that my card number and CVV number had to be recorded for deposit purposes, I would have requested to pay the deposit in cash.

This is my regular stay due to its strategic location. The property is rather old, but rooms with windows are a better choice. Cleanliness is average, yet it offers good value for the price.

2nd stay here because it's cheap. Room is clean. Bathroom is okay. Got breakfast. Love the mee rebus. No halal eateries in walking distance. Need to go by car.

Price was ok for 永安le room. Come with breakfast which was a surprise to us! Simple breakfast served, room was ok but the window was small and nothing to view, just for sunlight. Overall it’s a ok hotel for a short getaway in JB for my family
