新山豪華百麗宮酒店 (Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru)

酒店外表還行，前台服務可以，房間整潔，比較之前的早餐選擇減少了，價格還比之前貴了，整體來説還行，補充一點，床單有一個孔，應該是煙頭燙的。 但是價格原因以後試其他的選擇了。

I am a frequent guest at Grand Paragon for my weekend stay in JB. 5 stars service from the staff from the front desk & housekeeping. The waiters at the breakfast table are friendly & helpful especially Muhd Farez. Well done.

The hotel is just right in the middle of Johor sentral and very convenient with all necessary shops and restaurants nearby. Receptionist have provided a 24th floor room to me which I have much appreciated that with excellent scenery. The room and facilities are quite old but well maintained. Bed and pillow are clean and comfortable. Toilet and bathtub are also well maintained and no smelly issue. The next day morning breakfast is simple and good, nothing much to complaint. Overall staying experience is good and value for money, definitely will choose this hotel again if travel to Johor.

Decent hotel. Really a good deal. For that price, cant complain/ demand much. This hotel offers everything we need whenever we are in JB. Hope the rate can remain competitively as long as possible.

Have a nice swimming pool but In room only 2 small water given. If request for extra will be charged. No refill water machines prepared. I think those basic need to prepare for guest although there’s a mini mart at ground floor.

We booked this hotel for a night at the last minute, and it exceeded our expectations. The location, atmosphere, and overall vibe were amazing, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast had a simple menu, but the food quality was excellent—the nasi lemak and sambal were truly exceptional. What made the stay even more memorable was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff we met at both the restaurant and reception. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. A short stay, but definitely a great experience!

Hotel check in was swift and staff offers early check in. Size of the rooms and living room (with a small toilet) was huge! Washroom in each room was huge too and comes with a tub each. Certain areas are too dark. Some additions of lights at some corners (e.g. TV area, couch area in bedrooms, area above vanity top in washroom) would be great! Location was great as we mostly grab around except for if you are “running” back from KSL mall, I had to run uphill back as it suddenly rains heavily. Breakfast spread was ok only, though there’s variety, sadly there’s no quality. A couple of the breakfast items are below standard. Am a lil surprise even their local Malay dishes/ desserts were subpar. +point was daily menu changes slightly. Cleanliness and paying attention to details would be great. A stack of (ironed but not fold nicely) bedsheets and pillow cases were left on the table which leave one thinking if they have forgotten to change out the old ones. Spotted a cup with lipstick stain (which requires some scrubbing and hot water cleaning to be remove). There’s some coffee powder on the serving tray. All these leaves me thinking if they ever clean/ washes the cups and the pantry area.

Although the hotel building shows its age, both the interior and exterior, including the guest rooms, are maintained spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent — always fresh, varied, and full of flavor. It’s clear that the chefs put a lot of effort into creating a menu that changes daily. Overall, a delightful dining experience and a hotel that I would definitely recommend.

The booking with 永安s.com unable to found in the hotel computer system initially, somehow the staff managed to find after 10 mins,I have booked 2 rooms,,as a apologies,the manager upgraded to a 2 rooms connection room, the hotel breakfast was good, thanks to the hotel staff service.

It was the cheapest to book a deluxe room (with bathtub) in this hotel through 永安...comparing with other hotel booking avenues. Very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. You could find many eateries nearby and KSL mall is a short walk away. Had a very comfortable stay! Annie Ho
