入住和退房都很快 但床單有蟎蟲或其他，回去之後大腿紅腫，希望可以改進 櫃枱服務也很友善 酒店外就是商場，逛街吃飯都很方便

房間距離前台超級遠，彎彎繞繞的穿過商場很難找到回家的路。到了房間除了大別別的優點～超級無敵很簡約，甚至有點陰森～最最最重要是不太乾淨，床品有不明污漬，毛巾還有頭髮。。。。

我們是兩個家庭一起入住，前台小姐姐給了我們交通房，這樣兩家孩子可以在房間內隨意串門，很方便！大人也不用操心會跑不見！樓層很高，視野很棒，但電梯也很快，並不難等！房間相對衞生寬敞，這個價格性價比很高，地理位置巨好，樓下超多吃的喝的，去景點打車也方便！

衞生其實還可以，就是打掃衞生的人不太勤快，門口碰到打掃的説馬上去打掃，三個小時後回去午覺沒有，一躺下他來了（門口沒放不要打掃，然後住幾天紙巾都沒放過），挺無語的。周邊吃的買的很方便，去JB sentral也近。

Overall Experience: Very Good / Excellent Location KSL Resort offers fantastic value, mainly thanks to its unbeatable location right above the KSL City Mall. Service: Generally friendly and helpful staff, though check-in can sometimes be a little slow during busy periods. Facilities: Excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities, including a great Dinosaur Water Park, a large pool, gym, and cinema access right next door. Rooms are typically spacious and comfortable. The Bottom Line: A great, convenient choice for families and shoppers looking for everything under one roof.

Windows are filthy. Spoil my view. Breakfast buffet is inedible. Most of the food is cold, even the orata is hard and curry is not hot. Very disappointing. Local breakfast across the road is more satisfying. Ac and bedding is the best thing about this hotel.

酒店位置優越，但是隔音效果太差了，特別在晚上的時候外面別人講話或者隔壁講話，還有沖涼的水聲也是，都能聽到，還有充電插頭太少了，床頭衹有一個可以充電，兩邊都沒有，房間燈光太暗了，冷氣太吵了，睡不好覺😔😔😔

WeI arrived around 10:50 PM due to a traffic jam. Despite there being no other guests checking in, the process was extremely slow. The staff at the counter were chatting among themselves and appeared eager to go home. The first room assigned to me could not be locked, so I had to go back down to the counter and wait for the hotel manager to come before being reassigned to another room. The next morning, I found a baby cockroach in the room, and the hairdryer in the bathroom was not working. When I informed the staff, one came over and sprayed insecticide directly in the room — right next to my clothes and water. It was quite careless and unsafe, as the cockroach had already been killed. Overall, the experience was disappointing — from the slow check-in to the room condition and poor handling of the pest issue.

Room Aircon duper cold, even when turned off centralized Aircon is cold. When next door use water, I woken up due to a loud sound. Good place go shop at ksl mall and put stuff if too heavy. Went dino water park and managed to play eventually Before able play, it prompt pool closed. Abit disappointed when ask why, the counter staff prompt oh lightning ⚡ alert pool closed Question is: those inside playing water does not to get out of pool and only no entry to those whom wants goes in.

Caveat: my family is very easily satisfied, hence some of the ratings Location: it's connected to KSL City Mall, but if you want to return to apt after 10pm, need walk from outside. It's technically under D' Esplanade Residences, not the main KSL Hotel. We are generally happy with the big space, but here are a few areas that really need improvement: 1. For the price we pay, I really think they can provide us 5 better quality toilet rolls. The hotel main lobby toilet paper brand is Tork i.e. Changi airport brand, but the apt toilet paper is so flimsy and breaks apart easily. I'm not even asking for 4ply etc, I'm just asking for usual 3ply toilet paper... 2. The bed really needs to improve. Linking back to my caveat, we are just looking for a normal bed. But this bed is too tough and hard, maybe cost SGD100 per mattress kind of sort, really not the quality I've seen for any hotel/chalet etc.. 3. The TV signal got disrupted now and then, it should be fixed. Other than that, the space was great, hotel buffet had a wide spread and included.

整體來說酒店除樓下有個大商場及有付費的巴士出入JB Sentral站外，真係－無事處。今次訂的是尊貴豪華房，第一晚的窗外風景是不錯的，但最可惜是房間有螞蟻，仲要有起碼兩條蟻路，第日即刻要求換房，但已經沒有風景看了，仲話有五星級，房間內裝修破舊，浴室門仲要關不合，每次沖完涼都搞到成地水，真係住－次就夠啦！
