酒店離Mid Valley 很近，可以步行到達。需要穿過一個露天停車場，步行10mins。房間比較大，性價比不錯😉

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very convenient and walking distance to MidValley Southkey which is right opposite the hotel. Room is clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was perfect!

Location is 8 mins walk from Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Service is good. After I checked in and took a shower, realized there was no towel and no soap either. Had to call for housekeeping staff to bring them. Then the sink was leaking from the pipe below and water was flowing to the door. Decided to pack my things and went to front desk to request for change of room. The staff was helpful and assigned a new room. Breakfast spread was good and worthwhile.

One of the best hotel in JB. It is our wedding anniversary and the hotel made effort to decorate our room. Service was great, smooth check-in and out. Hotel breakfast was the best, many varieties and tastes are great. Will definitely stay there if I am in JB for staycation.

Our first stay at Opero was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy despite its quaint size, and although we initially encountered an issue with the air-conditioning, it was promptly resolved by the attentive service staff. What made our stay truly memorable was the breakfast at Oliva Café. The spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, even better than some reputable hotels in JB! We’d definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We had a pretty good view at 1001, the room was clean and decent. However for shower only rain shower was available and no hose. A little hard to shower for children. Would hope hotel can have double beds in a single room for family with young kids. As it doesn't make sense to book 2 rooms. Had a welcome drink on the first night which was quite a nice gesture. Hotel is about 10mins walk to Mid Valley, which the kids had 4-5 hours of fun at kiddytopia at about rm48 per child for the whole day.

Lovely hotel with great service and breakfast buffet. Clean protein options were available for self service, although the broth was too salty. The best section of the breakfast buffet was the self service juicer where you can make your own juice with fresh fruit provided. That was unique and also really delicious. The hotel also provided a shuttle car to the mall nearby. Excellent.

酒店樓下就有valet parking很方便。但即使valet parking並也會有人幫你停車 也不會幫你提行李，一下車就匆忙跟你收parking fee Rm25/per night，讓人感覺有點不舒服。

The hotel is in a convenient location, right next to a shopping mall, which makes it easy to access dining and shopping options. However, I was disappointed with a few key aspects of my stay. Cleanliness needs improvement—the toilet and bed sheets were not as clean as they should be, which affected the overall comfort of the room. The front desk experience was also underwhelming. The staff seemed unprepared and lacked a welcoming attitude. Communication was not smooth, and they didn’t appear confident in handling basic requests. A more professional and customer-focused approach would go a long way in improving the guest experience. With better attention to cleanliness and more training for the front desk team, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant and satisfying stay.

The breakfast buffet, location, and room cleanliness were all excellent. However, the room service experience was disappointing. We ordered food at 11:30 PM but were asked to call back at midnight as the kitchen wasn't ready. When we called again at 12:10 AM, we were told to call back yet again at 12:30 AM. The inconsistent timing and lack of communication made for a frustrating experience.
