We stayedbin this hotel for three nights. We were a rather disappointed with the double bed provided. It was Not comfortable at all n my back hurts every morning when I got up. The room was small. The location is Not convenient. Breakfast is average, can be improved. However, the plus point in this hotel is: the staff are very friendly and helpful. You need to Grab often to get around. Will not recommend this hotel to guests with mobility issues.

新山這個價位的酒店選擇確實不多，這禮拜也就國內招待所水平，隔音很差，聽了隔壁房間一整晚的咳嗽聲，早餐也乏善可陳，

good for families. location is a little ulu but overall still good as no jam when booking transport

Good price when it is on offer. Using grab mainly so the location is acceptable. Free shuttle bus to CIQ at 11am upon checkout is a plus

The hotel staff is 100% friendly, but the location and the room are too small. The breakfast standard is very low, just like 3 star hotels. I believe it is a budget hotel for short stays, but the front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. I gave them 10 star. Need to improve on the food quality and serving.Good place for people who love peaceful environments.

The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. Only the location is not covenient you have to Grab if you want to go to the mall. Must spray air freshener to the room because the smell of the room is like cement or newly built building. Otherwise still good.

It was good staying here. Just the location is near to Singapore, if you have plans to visit Singapore then this is a good place. But if you're visiting other place in Johor, would be abit inconvenient. Breakfast was average. Not good nor not bad, nothing to praise nothing to talk much.

First time stay. I am impressed with the cleanliness of room and the amenities provided. A good enough gym and laundry room Breakfast spread is good too. With a variety of local n western choices. Staff are polite too. No amenities around the area though. Need to grab to JB central. For improvement, do provide a more frequent service to JB centeal.

1st time stay at this place and it’s a little farther away from city area.They provide shuttle bus service running at 11am n 5pm from this apartment to Komtar JB,Need to book with them one hour in advance.Room was equipped with standard amenities and the best part it comes with microwave too!! The down side is that the shower room n toilet flooring has a curve so must be careful when using.Breakfast starts from 6am-10am,reasonable variety to choose from.Will book again in the near future.

Pros: - Decent room size that able to fit in 3A2C (1 Queen, 2 Single). - Daily breakfast buffet. - Free gantry parking with security. Cons: - As usual, no bellboy to assist for luggage to reception. - Car park location is behind the hotel at level 4, front desk reception is at level G, need to make a big round in order to access to the car park entrance, parked at level 4, took all belongings and luggage, took the lift and check in at level G. - Despite free parking, one has to go down to hotel lobby at level G to validate the TnG card for every exit unlimited (in order to get the free parking) 30mins prior to leaving the car park gantry at level 4. - Hotel lobby has no aircon, design is outdated and looked like normal apartment kind of lift lobby. - Nothing much around the hotel in term of food, convenient shop or entertainment. Nearest is City Square, which preferably need to drive or Grab. - Breakfast spread and food standard are limited and mediocre. Self finding of available table and seats, utensils etc. - Limited TV channels, there is no kid channel to entertain the kids. - Toilet and shower room are designed with a slope in and out, for toilet is still ok, but for the shower room, it can be quite slippery and dangerous after shower as it is wet with water and need to be careful when enter or exit. - There are ants found inside the room sometimes.
