和女兒的一次説走就走的vacation house 糾結了好久，想到衹是睡個覺+早餐罷了是否要定那麼昂貴的酒店？但很慶幸沒有讓我們失望真的好喜歡這裏地點真的太太太方便了而且工作人員都很友善，服務也很棒👍

There were a bit congested during check in hours. Hotel guests crowded around registration counters forming long queue. Room keys were placed in different locations. However, customer service staff worked hard to serve the guests with efficiency and courtesy. Other staff also serve with professionalism and pleasant manner. Breakfast was delicious with great variety.

Second time I’m staying at St Giles Southkey and brought my kids this time. They love the location and the room, especially the bay window where we get a lovely view from 24th floor. The only letdown is the breakfast which is always crowded and food quality is only so so.

Booked a 2-nights stay in the Premier King Room for our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate us with a complimentary slice of yummy cake. Thank you. Room was spacious enough for our kids to roam around. And the bed was big enough for everyone to sleep on it. Breakfast buffet was very decent. The view was great too. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

There are power interruptions due to maintenance during my stay. The breakfast for both days was quite similar, nothing fascinating. The omelette that the cook prepared wasn't appealing & presentable. But the staff at the reception counter was helpful & knowing their stuff. The booking of the 永安 App was according to request, like away from lift, no corner unit, and a nice view - like.

Stayed here recently and overall, the experience met expectations. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with curteous staff and convenient access to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Everything from check-in to check out went smoothly. However, breakfast was slightly disappointing for a hotel of this rating. Selection was quite limited as we expected abit more of variety, especially in hot dishes and pastries. Food quality was decent and dining area was well organised.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and each visit has been consistently pleasant. The hotel always looks well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The atmosphere is comfortable, and it’s clear that the staff take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. I would happily return again and recommend it to others

Room was large and clean with good view. bed was comfy but pillow too high for my liking. travelled with a baby and hotel was able to provide a baby cot and bathtub. however, the baby cot was too low and the barrier was unremovable, making it difficult to use for a younger baby. buffet breakast was average except for the teh tarik which was excellent. good stay nevertheless

Great and convenient hotel! Smooth check-in but the queue move quite slowly. Labubu is there to welcome the guests! Room is spacious and comfortable! However, housekeeping needs to be improved. There is no comb, shaving kit while it is listed on the box. Only have one piece of face towel. I have to request it via chat and their response is very fast. They never refill the drinking water during the housekeeping too. Breakfast is yummy with many varieties. Some dishes might be too salty for us. There are limited space so have to queue to get for seats during peak hours. Overall experience: great stay and we will come back again!

This is the second time staying here. Total terrible experience this time!👎🏻 Came as family with kid. Requested for smoke free room, but the moment we entered the room has strong smoking smell. Requested for room near the lift, but was given second last room. Wanted more pillow for my kid, but was also not given. Lastly, cockroach were crawling around the glass cup! Which was so disgusting! They changed a room for us, which had a strong Bangladesh smell the moment we entered and the pillow also had this smell with some hairs on the bed. There are 2 shower head , 1 is not working properly. Suddenly gets very cold and suddenly very hot which scalded my kid. We all felt kind of itchy after sleeping on the bed. What a total let down! Totally not worth the price.
