I am not sure about other room, for convenient we took the superior room without window. However, the moment once the door is open the room smell horrible with a strong stench of sewage. Unknown stains on towel and that if you have sensitive skin, please bring your own disposable bedding set.

I had a fantastic stay at G5 Hotel in Johor Bahru! The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room was clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location, which is close to dining options. Overall, G5 Hotel is within my expectations, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommend!

The was 1 level down from main entrance. But they call it level 1. The room has a strong sewage smell.Especially in the toilet. Room window is facing carpark for visitors. Noisy when car is parking and when people walk past the window. Pillow case was smelly. Had to request for a change.

Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

The hotel stay is very convenient in a nearby place like KSL. One thing they need to improve is cleanliness need improvement as there is stain on the bed sheet and towel. Overall service is good.

Do not stay. As succinct of a summary I can give. I stayed so you don't have to. Check-in: - 1 card given for 2 pax, no extra card available. Granted, it was a long weekend. - Given a room in the basement at the carpark. It was so weird. At night, you can hear rumbling as cars come down from above - Room was very different from pictures and overall you would get better value staying at smaller hotels like ritzton, for half the price. - WiFi was weak Cleanliness: - Pictures can do the talking. Multiple moulding parts in the room from toilet sink to kerb to random fixtures in the room. - Many ants crawling around the sink area, flies in the toilet too. Toilet: - Water pressure was weak. We thought being in the basement should have better pressure but no!! - At least a full set of amenities were provided Good things: Bed, pillows, were ok. Aircon was strong. Lots of supper options.

Staffs weren’t friendly and approachable. Shairah and the guy in the morning when we checkout were rude and they will make you feel not welcome. The room were so smelly. The toilet seat has pee stain. Bed sheet, pillows and duvet weren’t change or wash. Overall I wanna rate it one. Been in different hotels and this is the worst. Will never go back there again.
