The checking in was horrible, the email not stated how we should check in but only asked to contact the property owner. When called the person online was rude & unhelpful. The room itself was smelly & cleanliness wasn't pleasure,water pressure for showering was terrible as well the bed & blanket had a weird smell. It was a heavy rain when we checked in on 10th December but the car we hire is not allowed to drop us off in the apartment drop off point. Really disappointed with the booking. Will not consider booking again & will not recommend it to my friends as well.

Waiting time to use the lift very slow and this time got to wait for very long. In the middle of the night aircon dripping water.

Excellent location—right next to KSL Mall with direct access via an access card. The pool is lovely, and having a balcony was a bonus. The full kitchen is a convenient feature. Ideal for 4 guests, although we booked as a family of 5. There’s a sofa, but it isn’t a sofa bed. Unfortunately, during our final hour before check-out, the water supply to both the taps and toilets stopped, which was quite awkward. Will surely be back.

It was on the 15th floor with swimming pool below. Have a good view and able to see some small fireworks at night... Will book again if it's available

KSL몰에 잇어서 위치도 좋고요.인테리어도 좋은데 시설들이 너무 위험합니다.침대도 매트가 죽어있고, 부서지기 직전이고요.화장실 욕조도 샤워할때 조삼해야 해요.변기는 패킹이 불량이라 물이 새고 있었고요.에어컨은 필터 청소가 되어 있지 않아서 자고나면 목이 아프더군요.안전과 시설보수에 대해서 조금 주의가 필요한듯 합니다.그리고 아파트 형태는 처음이였는데 그래도 이용하는데 어려움은 없었어요.

A very unpleasant experience. Apart from the cheap price, there were no advantages, and there were plenty of other options nearby. I regret choosing this place. It took2 to 3 hours to check in because there was no reception , it’s an apartment, and we couldn't access the hotel until we know the room number. But waited a long time for 永安 to provide the owner's contact information. We encountered lift malfunctions; out of four lifts, only two were working, so we had to climb several floors to get to the room. Upon entering, we found no bed sheets or pillowcases, suspecting they hadn't been washed. So the one want to stay in the room must bring ur own sheets. And soundproofing was extremely poor, making it impossible to rest properly.
