皇家拉海納度假村及洋房 (Royal Lahaina Resort)

We recently stayed at Royal Lahaina Resort and overall had a decent experience, but there are definitely a few things future guests should know going in. The biggest positives were the location and views. The resort is right by the beach, and being able to walk directly onto Ka’anapali Beach was amazing. The pool and gym were also very nice and well maintained. We booked a partial ocean view room, and honestly the views were beautiful. we could see the ocean, golf course, mountains, one of the pools, and even the nightly performances from our room. That said, the rooms themselves felt a bit dated. The decor has a very old-school Hawaiian style with a lot of dark wood, which may appeal to some people, but it made the room feel older than expected. Housekeeping also didn’t change the sheets very often during our stay. One thing worth mentioning is the balcony setup. The balconies are quite small and close together, so privacy is limited. You can easily hear neighboring guests talking if they’re outside at the same time. The front desk/check-in experience was okay, but not the warmest or most welcoming compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Overall, I still think Royal Lahaina offers solid value for the location and beach access, especially compared to some of the more expensive resorts nearby. However, if updated rooms and being closer to Whalers Village are priorities for you, the OUTRIGGER may be worth considering instead.

酒店的環境超美．而且酒店出去就是沙灘，是度假的理想場所，唯一不足的是歺廳，選擇性很有限

Уютный чистый отель, ухоженный. Все прекрасно, кроме завтраков. Выбрать не из чего.

環境很美。但房間設施有些舊、很潮濕。建議不要用手環門卡。雖然很方便但是門卡不做消毒處理。酒店早餐不好。

We booked 6 nights at the ocean front Royal Bungalow (Junior Suite) paying over 700 per night. The room ended up being upstair, with no direct access to the beach as the name beachfront Bungalow implies. It was not worth the money and our experience at the resort was one of the worst. I'm trying to be as fair and constructive as possible, hoping the GM and/or owners of the resort can read and do something about it: 1. More than half the staff didn't seem to be happy doing what they did. This showed through the interactions with us: very polite, but cold and had the wrong energy. Suggestion: treat your staff better, pay them more to make sure they are happy. 2. We arrived as a family of 4, which was communicated via our booking in advance. The resort didn't pull out the sofa to turn it into a bed, not even additional sheet, and pillows. We had to request for help with the sofa bed. The staff showed up at the door handing us those items, no intention to go in to help us set up. We asked specifically for help. He stepped in, with full dirty shoes on, to pull out the sofa, then leave. Suggestion: for the price you charge, this level of service is inadequate. Train your staff better, to take shoes off when stepping in guests' rooms. 3. We noticed how dirty the floor was the moment we stepped inside. I had to wipe it off with some paper (see photos) 4. The room is large, but I don't know why the mini fridge was put inside the toilet, not too far from where people do their business (see photos) 5. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The 2 included photos show ALL the food there was on our last morning there. ALL processed frozen protein. Just terrible. It was as if the chef made no effort to prepare decent food, or a calculated decision by the ownership to cut operating costs to maximize profit. 6. The car parking lot is always full when we come back late afternoon, because of the nightly Lu'au. 7. And perhaps the worst was when we spoke to the manager about this, she didn't care to hear the details, nor make any attempts to rectify. She just casually offered us to check out early, charging us 2 nights and refunded 4. Maybe that was for the best as we ended up booking at Weilia Marriott for less, despite that resort is much better on many dimensions.

El Royal Lahaina es un hotel ubicado en un entorno ideal para parejas. Dispone de muchas actividades como clases de hula que vale la pena aprovechar o conciertos en un entorno relajado y romántico a la luz de la luna. En las noches es ideal tumbarse delante de la playa a observar las estrellas. Nos ha gustado mucho hospedarnos aquí. Mahalo!

酒店設定屬於比較古樸型的，整體環境蠻不錯的，緊鄰沙灘，酒店停車也沒有歐胡貴，自助停車35，酒店停車40，有一個重要的事情！就是一定要住高樓層，10層以上最好，我們第一晚被安排到3層，有非常常見的那種討人厭的小強！後來夜裡跟酒店溝通換了12層，真的嚇人，一定要住高樓層！！ 酒店所在地區位於Lahaina，開車5分鐘就有可以買吃的地方，有ABC，不用擔心早餐，附近也有葯店，總之，還不錯～

This resort is right next to the Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches in the whole wide world. We stayed in a oceanfront room, and the oceanview is stunting. The staffs are friendly, and we have a great time there.
