generally, great.. value for money.. it will be even better if the hotel can provide hair dryer for the guests (but, that one is small matter & tolerable with the price rate offered).. highly recommended for budget accommodations.. 🙂👍🏼

Air-cond not working properly, quite hot. 3 times the maintenance comes and check the air-cond. Room window facing the back alley, can see the restaurant kitchen. The receptionist did suggest changing the room, but other rooms were pretty hot as well. A major upgrade (especially on the air-cond) needs to be done right away. No issue on the cleanliness, service and location.

I plan to book a room for a month because i have project in bangi next month.. but since they didnt approve my cancellation request due to wrong date i chose…i need to fond another hotel..and another provider… 永安 not so user friendly

I booked room with window but I get room without window and the receptionist said the one that appear is from traveloka not 永安, im not sure why. Plus, Im not satisfied with the hotel cleanliness the room + the toilet. So, I’ll not repeat to stay here. Sorry for the honest review.

Sangat terok. Terkejut first time masuk bilik, bilik tak dikemas. Towel terpakai bersepah. Katil tak dikemas. Saya book bilik yg ada tingkap, tapi dapat bilik tak da tingkap. Staf kata 永安 bg bilik ni n x boleh tukar. JGN BOOK HOTEL NI . Menyesal. Ni gambar kalu pertama masuk. Tak dikemas langsung
