Budget hotel so dont expect too much for toilet amenities (shower water slow) and table chair, but aircond and bed was comfortable RM7+

First they gave me the wrong room. I booked superior room but the attending gave me a budget room. So next day, I asked again and thankfully a different attending gave me the superior room. But it was a bit noisy with all the cars driving from outside. A lot of ants walking around the makeup table and the floor is a bit dirty.

WORST HOTEL EVER! The room is smelly. And there was urine in the toilet bowl. Its like there was someone peed before i enter the room. I immediately flush it because it is disgusting. I complain about the dirty room to the receptionist and then she change my room but still there was a problem with electric, i cannot comfortably charge my phone. I asked for refund but they don't want to give any refund. I cant stand staying in this room even only for 1 hour. Its not comfortable. Really bad condition, dirty, and bad service from hotel’s employees and also the boss. I ever went to the hotel that offer lower price than this hotel and the service is 10x better than this hotel. I will never go to this hotel again in my life even though they offer free of charge rooms
