The hotel was pretty decent. Value for money. Staff were courteous and co-operative. Kanchan jangha view from the terrace was good. Food was also great and reasonably priced.

A very good place to stay with clear view of kanchenjungha. This hotel has well-maintained garden within its premises and food quality is also good with reasonable price staying here for couple of days is a wonderful experience.

Great location, room is oldish. So you won’t get a clean vibe. We asked to change the bed-sheet as it was dirty but after multiple calls to their reception no one ever appeared, so finally we had to go to market and buy one ourselves. Food is good, but the tray they were serving was full of previous orders food still there

Location is good, billing was issue manager asked me 500 more than the amount shown-ed by mm t. Bill was not provided. Most of food mentioned in menu are not available.

Beautiful property near the Kalimpong Market area and close to many tourist spots like Morgan House, Durpin Monastery, Durpin View point. Service is great and the Manager Mr Sandeep is very welcoming. Had a great time at the hotel.

Hotel garden reach is a very nice hotel to stay at kalimpong. It is upon the main road. Rooms are good. Food is good. For breakfast and lunch / dinner buffet facility is available. But choices of food should be increase in buffet. Room tvs have some problems and room telephones were not functioning at all rather acting as a showpiece. Staff behaviour is good and friendly. Arrangement of car for sigtseeing and tours is done by the hotels at reasonable rate. The hotel has car parking facility and has a small park for children.
