While the location of the hotel is good with scenic views from the room and the balcony, service was a bit poor, food was overpriced and undercooked. Altogether it was a mixed stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail were absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to Pratiksha, who truly made the experience unforgettable. She is incredibly hardworking, always attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her dedication and professionalism reflect the high standards of the hotel, and it’s people like her who truly make a difference.

Rooms need refurbishment. Restaurant choices limited & overpriced, one tutti frutti icecream was 350/- TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. No fridge. Room dangerous for toddlers & children with sharp glass and wood edges and unmarked steps. Rooms were on corridor between reception and restaurant, creating huge disturbance from early morning onwards with inconsiderate staff creating ruckus.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at Summit Lillium, Kalimpong. Loved the tranquil ambiance of the property, slightly far from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Quality of the food was satisfactory but slightly overpriced. The behaviour of the staff was also very friendly and nice. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Good rooms , Excellent food, nice view Great location nice behavior of the staffs , one name to mention Pratiksha from Restaurant and room service combined a fantabulous experience of our 2 days Staycation. on the second day a marriage function was there at the top floor conference hall and Ground floor Restaurant area which created a little bit of Noise and buzzing otherwise it was a nice Staycation overall.
