Everything was good, room service was good, hygiene was maintained only security issues. The room lock was not good, anyone can come inside. Not happy with security system.

Rooms are good and quite large. However no restaurant is available who can serve food for in room dining. Wifi was also very slow to manage. While the service can be improved a lot, rooms are fine for a stay of 1-2 days.

"the hotel is very average. The bathroom was just okay, and the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. One major disappointment was the torn bath towel provided, which shows a lack of attention to detail. Overall, everything about the hotel, including the facilities and services, was just okay. It’s suitable for a very basic stay but don’t expect much"

Our overalls stay was good. The location is perfect as it is located on the highway. The breakfast was average as it was same food in all days. The hotel photo shows Udupi restaurant also but it was not functioning during our stay due to maintenance. It was one of the reason that I have booked this hotel and It was disappointed for us. I request others to check the restaurant availability before booking the restaurant. The overall service was excellent.
