Not my first time staying here. The location was great and the resort is nice and quiet which is perfect for relaxing. The service was also great, the staffs are nice and helpful. The downside part is the AC: it’s not cold at all and I could barely sleep due to the hotness of the room and the sweat. Another thing is the cleanliness. That needs to be improved because the moment I smell the pillow sheet, I can literally smelled another person’s drool. I hope that they could please just change the whole bedsheet right after someone left the room because this should be a concern for other guest.

Great location with a beautiful, clear view of the river . Everything looks green and refreshing. However, I experienced a small issue during check-in. I booked a river-view room, but upon arrival, they assigned me a garden-view room unless I paid an extra $5. It became a bit complicated as I had to speak with the manager and wait around 20 minutes to resolve it.

Well they ripped us off. We booked the lake view room but since the hotel is a running down hotel so they stopped those room so ended up stayed at a no view room.
