Facilities are run-down - the table tennis is broken. The pool balls are not complete, and there are holes on the surface. The swimming pool has debris and green fungus on the wall. Service by foreigners who promised to provide you moon and sun unfortunately a simple Utensil and plates was not delivered to us after a long wait. Buffet Breakfast- Not many variety (nasi lemak,nasi goreng and toast )yet not enough foods for many guest who came within the breakfast period. RM20 per pax to eat left over food?? Campsite tent- Comfortable with private sinky for each unit. Public sharing toilet with empty container, no shampoo or body soap provided.

room is spacious and clean with big pool.just very minimun activity for adult..no bicycle and rm 30.00 for rent fishing rod is too expensive.

We arrived earlier at the Resort around 1.30pm and the front office is already aware about us. They asked us to wait until 3pm. We patiently wait at the dining area. Around 3pm, we saw that the Resort’s staff was entertained other client whom came late than us. We are only able to take our key room at 3pm after many times asking for it. While in the room, the cleanliness was not meet our expectations. The cleaner did not vacuum thus they just mop the floor which had left a smelly odour. The toilet condition also was not in good condition whereby there were leaking and loose water tap. The pillow case also had a stain (as per picture). The cost of using bbq pit also was too expensive, RM100 for build in bbq pit and RM200 for portable bbq pit. While the pool, quite okay for kids.

Check in and check out process is fast and easy . Location is strategic and near Kg Janda Baik and its attractions. Perfect place for relax from city hustle. And short vacation. Value for money.

Tk berbaloi dengan harga yg mahal. Bilik penuh habuk, cadar pun pasang letak je. Malam2 tido bunyi tikus berkejaran dan bercakaran. Sangat menakutkan. 1st and last for me 😭

Booked a Deluxe Studio chalet of 1queen4singles. They can also provide you 6singles instead. Its a chalet with 2 rooms 2 bath 1 living hall & a balcony. Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time. Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box..
