Service and facilities available were average. Not so good. It is not worth of spending money. Hotel vibe was so basic i didn't feel so comfortable staying there.

The check in experience was pathetic. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to check in. In spite of me showing the payment voucher from make my 永安, they said they don’t have a confirmation from mm t and made me call the call centre. Ideally they should have checked the same. Staff behaviour was pathetic and didn’t know how to handle a customer. Restaurant was average. Room service is not available 24/7. To get a tea in the morning you have to wait till 7 am. Overall for a next 永安 of mine, i may not choose this hotel.

Tv of room was not working. Also i have asked for the payment receipt but this has been rejected by staff saying that fo booking, they do not produce the receipt

The staff at the 'downtown' is very helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable. The restaurant food was good too. This place is well maintained, hygienic and easy to reach. There is a small mall nearby too. Which is quite convenient.
