Centrally located, very near to the main Bus stand and many temples are within short distance. Restaurants at the ground and first floors are of top class and they serve variety of items viz. Southern and Northern delicacies. Quality of the food items is really good. Room service is satisfactory. Staff are generally cooperative. But they have very limited parking facility.

we took two rooms .One double room and one Trible room. Both were good . Rooms were Neat and clean.

Stayed for 2 nights Location of the property was the X-factor Amenities were excellent although there were a few uncontrollable hiccups Services were again excellent I would recommend this to be THE PROPERTY for making the stay in this temple town of Kanchipuram for visiting the great temples with less fatigue and more coverage Forgot to mention the quality of food to be the top class and the filter coffee the BEST

I did not opt for the food but the location of the property is the prime location having all landmarks specially the Kanchi Kamakshi Devi Temple at a walkable distance. The Room is good but they could really differentiate the price between single occupancy and double occupancy. The difference is very small. Facilities like AC, neat Room and washroom was there.

I thoroughly enjoy the stay in Sri Shakti residency, the comfortability was top notch and the cleanliness, the hygiene are maintained properly. You can go ahead and book your room with Sri Shakti residency without any doubt.

It is near to Kamakshi temple, from hotel you can visit other temples easily. It is well maintained, clean, working peoples are polite Food here served is nice, breakfast was good but timing should be increased upto 9.30am

Rooms and bathrooms were clean but there were cockraches in the room. One of the staff at reception was rude others were good. Overall Stay was ok, not worth the price for sure.
