相對比較舊的飯店 房間燈光比較昏暗 但整體還算乾淨 我們在行前就有請永安協助聯絡加床，我也有自己發email告知飯店，但從未收過任何回覆 一直到抵達後才得知完全沒有加床 因為抵達時已經深夜 所以飯店說隔天會協助加床 但最後他們也忘記^_^ 第一次住Radisson系列的印象實在不太好 不過他們的roof bar很不錯 可以去 但永安還是很盡力的協助我們，這點非常感謝！

位於康提的高處，可俯瞰康提湖，環境非常棒。設施中規中矩，是麗笙的調調，服務很到位，早餐很棒！傍晚坐在小陽台上，遠看康提湖和佛牙寺，非常放鬆。

很近Kandy lake 和市中心，可以直接走路到市中心和大部分市內景點，酒店服務態度很友善 斯里蘭卡坐火車來再住2晚，慢慢遊覽這個古城，感受以前的皇朝，佛當牙寺等等

It’s one of the oldest brand in Sri Lanka. There is some mouldy smell before we turn on the air conditioner. The smell is less visible after I return when the air conditioning is turned on. The vibes is great :)

The most wonderful hotel! We love the Radisson all around the world! This had a beautiful view, fabulous staff and a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar which was fantastic! Our stay, unfortunately, was too short!

Nice hotel in a good peaceful and convenient location for central Kandy and nearby attractions like Temple of the Buddha Tooth. The floor and bathroom fixtures were a bit unclean and unkept in the bathroom

The hotel is located in a good area. Walking distance to Relic of tooth and some tasty restaurants. Views from balcony in suite room also fabulous. Drinks and service at the rooftop bar were great. Our waiter Nirmal was very friendly with impeccable service. Our one complaint is that we had no wifi connection whatsoever in our room or balcony. Asked for this to be resolved four times but to no avail.

The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity. The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard. The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning. The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming. I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4

開放感があり、スタッフの教育も行き屆いているようで安心して過ごせました。朝のビュッフェも美味しかったです。フロントに置いてあるトフィが美味しくてスーパーに探しに行き購入しました。が場所がかなり阪になって狹い部分もあり車での移動、停車に非常に時間を要しました。それ以外は特に不便なことも無くゆったり過ごせました。
