The hotel history is the worst hotel we have ever stay in our journey across south east Asia. The room we were given, dirty and stink of poo. We ask to move to another room which was a little better.

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the 永安 app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
