崖屋汽車旅館 (The Cliff House)

You can see the small cockroaches once you enter the room. There is a bad smell in the room. If anyone gets the room at a low price then only it's ok to take it. .. If the price is high then don't take a room here.

I requested to cancel the booking with refund because the pillow cases had stains and kind of dirty... but they ignored my request, so I quickly booked another hotel and did not stay there.

I was going to a game at the Gabba , and wanted to stay overnight. This was the cheapest room I could find in a short walking distance , when I saw the price , compared to other hotels in the area , I wasnt expecting much. Pleasantly surprised to find a much better standard of room than I was expecting. the room is small but very clean and everything I needed for a one night stay , Tv , Air Cond , Tea & Coffee , clean sheets and well made bed. Bathroom had been recently renovated which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for an affordable short stay with great location to gabba , definately yes. Would I stay there again , absolutely

Rooms are not as shown on 永安.. more like a sex motel than a hotel.. the milk provided for coffee was expired..mouldy room corners..

We stayed here for two nights in a queen room (booked for three but our flights canceled made us a day late) upon arriving we realised it wasn’t what we seen in the pictures. the room was covered in bog which was obviously to fix holes and hadn’t been re painted we were provided one blanket WITH BURN HOLES Likley from cigarettes, the window didn’t close the whole way so we were cold the aircon smelt like dirt and dust and there were missing PowerPoint coverings. The bathroom was tiny and had no window or ventilation so when my partner went to the toilet it stunk out the whole room. The kettle was rusty inside and the power points were dodgy and we couldn’t plug in our chargers properly without them falling off the wall. Also you can hear everyone and everything. A bloke walked down the hall way and FARTED and we could hear it in our room. Also had someone’s iPhone alarm going off at 4am and they didn’t turn it off until 4:30am Wouldn’t stay here again don’t recommend for ANYONE but especially people with kids. it is dirty small and gross. I would have just paid the $80 extra and stayed somewhere nicer if I’d known but the pictures were deceiving. You are not getting what you see in the pictures

Good location on walking distance from CBD, South Bank and Grocery Store open 24x7. Limited number of parking spots are available at the back. The Room I stayed in was not clean and full of bugs. Furniture and bed sheets were seriously worn out

It's a shame to have to give this rating because the customer service is spectacular. The place has great potential to be a quality hotel, however it is in pretty bad condition, rusty things, musty smell, dirty walls. I hope they can improve those aspects soon.

一般吧比較破舊，蟲子也有些，衞生間和廚房有蟑螂哈哈（還好我不怕蟲），房間也比較小，主要是衞生間很小，不過對於要求不是很高的旅遊者來説衹是睡一晚這種需求還是可以的，但綜合性價比來説也感覺比較一般吧，之後要是再來這裏大概率不會再訂了。

The room is very dirty. Lots of cockroaches. Feels unsafe. This by far was one of the worst motels I have ever been to. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room and flies annoying us. When I woke up in the morning, I found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Insects crawling in and out of the room makes this room super uncomfortable and unsafe.

部屋のドアを開けた瞬間にドアを閉めました。ベッドの上に黒い物體が動いていて、一瞬でそれが何かを察しました。ゴキブリでした。ここで2泊するのか、とため息をつきながら2泊過ごしました。滯在中に他にも何匹かゴキブリとこんにちはしました。幸い自分はゴキブリ程度ならまだ耐えられたのでまだ良かったですが、レビューしようと思った理由はもう一つの方です。置いてあったポットの中が水垢だらけで、不衞生すぎて、そのポットで沸かしたお湯を使うことにすごく嫌悪感を抱きました。使う前に何故か自分でポットの中を掃除して、何回も沸騰させて汚れを落としてから使いました。
