The hotel was disappointing. The location was not easy to find, and the entrance was poor. There was no food available at the hotel, requiring guests to go to neighboring hotels to eat. Overall, it was a waste of money. The 3. 8 star rating is misleading, as this hotel does not deserve even a single star. The parking space is very limited, with only 3 vehicles able to be parked, and the parking area is quite confined and risky. I would not recommend booking this hotel.

Hotel is good. Rooms are nice and well built with good wooden work. Food is available just outside the hotel from a dhaba. Hotel location is very good and balcony view is nice.

Super slow service, i ordered breakfast and it took around 1 hr 30 min to prepare. On top of that they were providing only aaloo paratha and sandwich and tea nothing else. No dental kit soap lotion kettle almirah has been provided. They charged me 70 rs. For half glass of milk. Worst experience ever i would never suggest this hotel to any one.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great with view of the snow capped mountains and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Room service was prompt and the staff was polite.

It was very normal hotel which is over priced. Compare the price of asian hotel with hotel cloud hills. Very basic rooms with very basic service. Blankets were smelly. Water bottle was asked then provided only. It should not be more than 1500- after taxes. Harshly disappointed. Will think twice to book any hotel from makemy永安 due to very basic and over priced amenities. Regards rohan
