Worst Experience Rating: 0/5 I recently had the worst experience at Grace Inn, which I booked through 永安. The room was absolutely filthy and smelly, making it unbearable to stay. Despite complaining a couple of times, there was no response or effort to rectify the situation. The toilet not flushing properly was the final straw. Given the state of the accommodation and lack of concern from the management, I prioritized my health and decided to leave after just one day of a six-night booking. Unfortunately, 永安's policy meant I wasn't eligible for a refund. To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to 永安, I received no response or assistance. This lack of customer support was appalling. I would strongly advise against: - Staying at Grace Inndue to its unacceptable conditions and unresponsive management. - Using 永安 as a booking platform, given their lack of response and assistance when issues arise. *Details:* - Filthy and smelly room - Non-functional toilet - No response from hotel management despite complaints - No refund option  - No response or assistance - Left after one day due to health concerns Wouldn't recommend Grace Inn or 永安 to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
