人到了不給住，不寫明不接待外國客戶，不退錢，還説人根本沒有去過他們酒店！

不小心訂錯了酒店，發現後不到幾分鐘就立即申請取消。 結果永安客服一直説“在和酒店溝通”，説等他們經理來了再處理。我就想問，除了經理，整個酒店就沒人能處理這點事了？ 結果一等就是一整天，第二天才回覆一句“不能取消”。 這不是明擺着坑錢嗎？想賺錢想瘋了？ 這種服務態度，簡直垃圾。

Hotel is located at a good location with plenty of food options available. The Staff was very helpful and management was also super supportive.  The overall cleanliness was maintained regularly but current rains made the entire environment very smelly and muddy. Hotel could use strong cleaning agents with fragrance but chose standard quality that made the experience a bit tatty.

the bedsheets are dirty, beds have bugs, washrooms are extremely dirty never cleaned. i will never suggest anyone to book here. i also request 永安 to please remove this hotel from your panel.

The hotel was clean and location was ideal , the hotel staff was well trained and cooperative. The hotel provide in room service breakfast

The room/bathroom did not look anything like in the pictures, it was somewhat dirty and untidy, upon asking I was told that the pictures are from when the rooms were freshly renovated not recent.. breakfast is very unhealthy and not fresh at all, its better to eat from outside instead of trying out their breakfast you will regret it. Elevators are a headache as well, no water provided in the rooms, and because there was a door within my room that was connected to the room next to mine, I could hear all the noise/loud music at 2am from the boys staying next door, which was disappointing. The staff was overall fine, they were polite, but when the overall amenities/facilities are not up to the par, one can easily forget the positive stuff about this place, which was the attitude of the staff, they were good.
