湖邊酒店 (Hotel Lake Side)

Location is not correct as mentioned,the hotel situated in the lake itself whereas picture shows on lakeside

The location of the property is marvelous. The environment is so peaceful and healing that I have never experienced elsewhere.

Rude behaviour . Not friendly, we are travel to pehalgum, Gulmarg they are good for business but dal lake staff and staff are not friendly

I stayed at this basic hotel on Dal Lake, but it was a disappointing experience. The location is isolated, and you have to rely on the hotel for transportation to and from the ghat. However, they charge extra for drops after 10 pm, making it difficult to travel at night.So why are we travelling then to explore obviously even if late night walking near dal lake ghat and roaming around ! The welcome was unimpressive, as they refused to check us in 40 minutes early or even store our luggage.They didn't even thought for one second the guest must have travelled from so long ! They straight away informed we are neither sending you to hotel nor our staff is available we need to go for namaz ! We will reach out to you at 2 Pm ! Is this how someone welcome guest or coperate with them! Altough the nature was good of persons ! The food was also totally tasteless. Additionally, the hotel cuts off electricity at night till morning to save power, leaving the rooms cold then keep the backup to on heaters . Mentioning its a electricity and that will happen This makes it inconvenient to charge gadgets and leaving room too much cold ! Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For the same budget, you can find better options on the road opp to dal lake rather than on the lake

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and it was amazing experience staying there. Staff members were very cooperative and cordial

Wonderful experience for the budget. The hotel is in middle of the lake and the staff provides boat service to the main road. Rooms are clean and hot water was coming even when power was cut.

not expected to get this type of hotel as it was literally a house boat located in the lake with a comfortable stay and the food was reasonable staff were very helpful owners are very friendly

The room decoration was not the same. The room and mattress were not properly hygienic. The mattress was not as good.

Faizan bhai is so humble and staff also good❤️❤️ location is Dal gate no.12 . Foods was so delicious.
