During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that I feel compelled to address: Renovation Work: There was ongoing renovation work which was quite disruptive. Staff Professionalism: The staff appeared unprofessional and their service did not meet expectations. Hygiene: The cleanliness and hygiene standards were lacking. Value for Money: Given the current state of the facilities and services, the price did not reflect good value for money. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at the current price point.

Very bad experience, construction is under process, bath room water leakage, tv not working, no wifi, and many many others problem.

They aren’t allowed my friend (childhood male friend) to meet us in our room even they don’t have space to sit reception area because of renovation work going on. I tried to convince reception lady but she told us their policy isn’t permit us to meet friends in room. She insist us to meet outside of the hotel (even weather was very bad in karnal) or reception area which was very dirty at that time. I never recommend anyone to stay that hotel

I booked for someone else, i forgot to inform him, that booking is paid. Hotel cheated just for 7k inr and took money from him as well. They charged double. Don’t book with this hotel. They are cheaters. They will charge you extra money and you can’t do anything about that.

No one was present at reception at the time of checkin, waited for 15-20minutes for someone who gave us key of room. Room was clean but it had smell of seepage, overall hotel cleanliness was poor. Lift not working, no one picked up luggage we have to lift it on our own.

Poor quality of bed linen, no soap and shampoo in bathroom. Post dinner i slept at 10pm, at around 12 am room service rings my room bell to get the bill signed.
