Lunch and Breakfast was okay okay. Food should be included with the rate. room is good, cleanliness is average. TV wasn't working

1. Pictures are exaggerated. 2. Washrooms and rooms are not upto the mark. 3. There is no telephone connectivity from room to reception. 4. Its a sort of bunglow full of wooden cottages and mediocre rooms. 5. Property manager by local ppl instead of professional. 6. Food is decent. 7. It is highly overpriced and one should reconsider other properties considering this price range.

It's hyped not worth for 7k cost 1. Room is on 2nd floor and stairs are very steep very difficult for old age person with luggage even no one attended for luggage transfer 2. Although staff is very cooperative and food is good but breakfast is after 9 am and that too only puri bhaji no other option we waited till 9.30am then we left for breakfast at outside hotels 3. No water pressure in the room 4. No DTH connection for TV wifi not working for net, we use our mobile Hotspot 5. Fab is running very slow in fast setting 6. No dental kit, No washing gel or shampoo So overall rating is single star

The property is located at Chikni around 0.5Km away (walkable) from Chikni beach and around 2.5km away from Kashid beach. Local auto service is very scarcely available from Chikni to Kashid beach. I will bother you only if you are travelling without personal vehicle. The property caretaker/co ordinator Mr. Hitesh is very good, supportive person. The property is clean with good plantation and with beautiful mountain view. Room alloted was clean. Also toilet and bath was good, neat and clean. Food at property was good and we enjoyed it lot. Because of voltage fluctuations AC in the alloted room was not working well. Rest of amenities were good.

Though the resort needs maintenance as there are damps in walls and pool for kids not clean, the behaviour of staffs were excellent and food was very homely and tasty. Kudos to the new manager of the resort who was very attentive and polite in nature.

The location of the property is good. It is walking distance to the far end of the beach but the main beach is a quick drive. The food is to be ordered in advance, preparation is good but waiting time is very long on a busy day. Parking space is good. Only the wooden cottage rooms are value for money otherwise the rooms in the side building is not worth the charges. The caretaker hitesh is very well behaved and caring. But on busy days when all the rooms are booked they are not able to cope up and it is grossly inadequate.

For the amount paid in for the wooden cottage room, it was not really worth it. Initially the cottage given to us had issues like the bathroom fittings were broken, tv remote didn’t work, bad smell from toilet drains, main shower in bathroom not working, toilet seat in not so good condition. The manager manoj was however very helpful and he changed our rooms. The other room given to us was better but still the toilet drains were smelling. The resort is good overall with a good swimming pool and good food, but it’s definitely not worth the hefty amount that they are charging for. Just for reference i paid some 15k for two nights which i believe was little too much for the rooms being offered. Would still like to highlight that the manager there was very helpful and was very prompt with his service. The property is close to kashid beach. About 7 mins drive.

The Candlewood Resort - Wonderful & peaceful property with pastoral cottages, beautiful garden including swimming pool, at walking distance to Kashid beach and varied dining options. Excellent stay & food. Rooms were generously spacious, spotless, comfortable & the resort provided luxurious amenities at affordable price. The help desk & housekeeping staff was very helpful & courteous. We were traveling with our eight months old, the staff was very considerate & took care of the baby while we were having lunch & dinner. The ambience was excellent. It is an ideal property for family stay. Overall it was a great experience & will definitely opt for this resort stay for our next 永安.
