hotel staff was nice but food was awful location was not ideal if you are looking for view room was nice and clean

Hospitality and behaviour of staff are polite and humble. Hotel located in prime location. Bus stand, pubs, restaurant are all nearby walking distance.

the room booked by picture, given a different, booked for 3 adults, 1 mattress was provided on floor, booked with breakfast, but breakfast buffet was empty, waited for aprox 1 hr for 2 poori, missed my bus due to this waiting parking is very small, always vehicles r stuck. costs of etables r very high first talk to hotel staff, then only book

The hotel was in a very good location and the behaviour of the staff was really good. Food was also good and rooms were clean. The cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom and rooms everyday. Overall it was a very good stay at the hotel.

Our one night stay in kasol inn was enjoyable. Perfect location very near to local craft shops and restaurants. Manikaran Gurdwara is only 4 km from hotel. Complementary breakfast was delicious. All the staffs were courteous. Most appreciated things was that they packed all the complementary breakfast items as per request. Highly recommended for stay.

Good experience. The place was good and the staff was very attentive. Overall experience is good. Recommend taking rooms on the third floor, never on the GF.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and kids. The property is conveniently located in the market area, making it easy to access local shops and attractions. Room and Amenities: We stayed in a spacious room with a wooden finish, though it didn’t quite match the quality of a superior deluxe room. Unfortunately, the room lacked any view and was slightly noisy due to its proximity to an adjacent hotel. While there were shelves for storage, there was no hanging space, which could be inconvenient for some guests. The room came equipped with basic amenities like a refrigerator, TV, and table. However, an additional ₹500 charge for a room heater felt unreasonable—it should ideally be included as part of the room facilities. Bathroom: The bathroom was spacious with a reliable hot water supply, which was much appreciated. However, the removal of the bathtub during construction left a large empty space near the entrance, giving the bathroom an unfinished feel. Additionally, the exhaust fan was not working, which could be an issue for ventilation. Other Facilities: One major drawback is the lack of an elevator, which makes climbing to the second or third floor quite challenging, especially for families or older guests. Food: The breakfast menu was limited, but the food quality was excellent, and we enjoyed our meals. While the hotel is good in terms of location and some facilities, I found it to be on the expensive side compared to the amenities provided. The lack of certain standard conveniences and the additional charges for basic necessities like a room heater detracted from the experience.

The property was clean n tidy. Did not order anything to eat, so no comments on d food. Location was certainly prime

A very nice hotel to stay near the mall road of kasol. Food is awesome and staff are co operative. Will highly recommend to other!

Very nice place to stay, awesome food and very nice staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city near the park.
