檸檬樹酒店 (Lemon Tree Hotel)

Firstly this property is not the lemon tree hotel that everyone of us know as a chain Hotel but rather a family owned hotel. And This was probably my WORST experience in my entire life staying with the hotels and resorts and all thanks to DAMBER ALLEY. He probably lacks the professionalism, respect, skills, knowledge and almost everything that is required in hospitality industry. He solely made our stay so disappointing. He speaks to you like you owe him something and as if like you are the one who is providing him the service. When asked for any kind of assistance he would respond to you in bossy manner and sarcastic tone. I then asked him if he is the owner of the hotel and he says the hotel belongs to his nephew however, even if it’s the owner himself he should know how to behave and speak to the guests. I was travelling with my dad and it was our last stay at Nepal but his behaviour ruined our whole experience as my dad was also very disappointed and disturbed the whole time all because of Bambers behaviour and attitude. He was probably the rudest person I met in Nepal. Further more there was no lift in the hotel and there was no one to assist you with the luggage meaning we had to carry our own luggage, I complaint him of the tv signal and he literally showed me how to turn on the tv and not just go up and look for himself. There was no hot water in the toilet in the morning to even take a shower. There was also hairs on the bed. Lastly I would never suggest anyone staying at such a hotel where there is people like Damber at your service.

Room given not as per discription and not give mentioned amenities. We have no other option so we stay in lemon tree pvt. Ltd hotel, thamel kathmandu

The property is really good! it’s nearby thamel market. There’s a cafe as well where you can easily grab such wonderful food. You can easily access laundry service as well. The room is really good, the staff is amazing and very friendly! so far i had no issue! you can only get breakfast in hotel. For other meals, you can either go to that cafe which is just in front of the hotel or any other presences you have. I would recommend this hotel very highly

The Hotel is located in Market Area Thamel which is easily reachable from any location of the city by local taxi.Hotel not having own restaurant but provides breakfast cooked in their own kitchen which is delicious.Room are neat and clean but AC not cooling properly. There is no hotel staff , only one receptionist who is co -owner of the hotel. Hotel owner has their own scarpio which is offered by them for hiring as a taxi but they do not plan your tour professionally which leads to visit limited places within a day.

It was terrible stay. We could pass one night time and next day we checked out. I font have any picture.

Pathetic, staff behaviour was rude, no facility, basic amenties were broken, we had to check-out next morning.
