Thanks to the whole team who makes my stay so great: Airport pick up & drop off; the room, the pool, the food… The breakfast is AMAZING!!! Especially the little cake for my birthday impressed me much. Will definitely come and stay again

設施：環境還算不錯，算是當地比較有特色的酒店 衞生：生意比較整潔，但是很難想象淋浴間熱水不好使，洗澡的時候還是温水 服務：服務還算比較好，預訂了早飯，第二天早上飛機，會讓你提前選擇堂食還是打包 免費機場接送:很快很方便

The hotel is very nice , location quite difficult but it’s ok . Food very good and the buffet also. The staff at the restaurants , lobby are very attentive and helpful However I think could be good to train also the FM , cleaning staff to smile to the guest are around , they don’t even look at you to the face or answer back after good morning greetings from me to them, it’s small detail but make big difference with the guest.

I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next 永安!

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

一個令人難忘，處處温馨的酒店! 整潔，食物也佳! 因為家人臨時患病在當地入了醫院，此酒店距醫院只有十來分鐘路程, 所以選了此酒店。地處政府辦公區治安好，酒店是尼泊爾風格的設計，房間很好，也整潔。他們知道我每天是去探病的，每天派車送我到醫院，且時時問侯我及家.人的狀況，讓在此陪病人苦悶增添許多温馨！餐廳的素質也高，許多菜都十分出色，據聞也是政府官員常來聚集地，所以常常高朋滿座! 此次住了十來天，超性價比高! --免費接機也很棒
