Room 10 minutes walk from the heart of Thamel. Room had good balcony view and breakfast provided was good for the price. Will stay again for short stay in Katmandu.

A western style hotel with marvelous spa and restaurant. But the spa massage service is closed very early before 9:00. Lots of westerners live there. I have a wonderful experience here.

The room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist. I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent. In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour. The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet. That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.

Very bad experience from the hotel and hotel staff. We payed for the spa and when checking out they again put up the bill for the same and we made issues and made them check the cctv.And from CCTV it was clear we had done the payment..Also we were part of EBC trek group and our accomodations were covered under a particular day and it was cleared,checked and conveyed by the hotel people itself..But again after checking out they came up with another set of bills to settle including the stay part which was covered.and the reception staffs were impolite and unprofessional.We had such a bad experience from the hotel.There are far better hotels for a lower price in thamel. This ia bit away from thamel too..Stay away from.himalayan suite and the staffs. Too BAD AN EXPERIENCE.

這個酒店的經理很精，我上當被宰了幾百元錢。從加德滿都到藍毗尼，藍毗尼到博卡拉，博卡拉到加德滿都收了我130美元。實際票價大約1萬盧比，摺合人民幣570。建議大家不要在酒店訂大巴票。尼泊爾從加德滿都到藍毗尼不建議坐大巴，360公里需要12小時，飛機票可以在**上訂，衹要690元不到，酒店要120美元，太貴了。總之，到尼泊爾旅行最好不要在酒店訂任何其他服務，舉例來説，酒店接送機10美元，自己叫出租車衹有800盧比，人民幣45元。
