I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Very good and comfortable hotel staff is. Very courteous They can improve the break fast menu. Indian breakfast items are not upto the mark, Further if they keep or offer the biscuit or cookies In room along with tea /. Coffee maker that will be very nice.

服務：所有的員工都非常親切、熱情！是國內很多五星級酒店都無法企及的高度！ 設施：大堂、餐廳很漂亮～房間設施約等於全季。 窗外景色很棒（見視頻）。 早餐：還算豐富，但都是南亞風味，如果能增加一些中式餐飲會很棒。最後特色的是Butter milk，一定要嘗試一下。

這一間飯店的裝潢很新，房間的風景很美，特別是夜晚從10樓看下去能看到如繁星一般的市容夜景，床很乾淨，食品的菜色也齊全，洗澡熱水也剛好，就是地點不好找，一開始進去房間的時候東西沒有完全備齊，但是後來打了客服電話東西都到齊，很遺憾，這一次沒有訂到有浴缸的房間，但整體而言體驗還是很棒的。
