斯皮提遺產 (Hotel Spiti Heritage)

The location is beautiful, the route a bit off the track. But that day, when we were there, a party was scheduled for the next day, and we didn't have much service as there are only 2 guys handling the place. Over-all, a pleasant place, but can't rate the service.

The room size was small. There was very poor lighting in the room even in the superior room. There were just two white bulbs hung. Complementary breakfast had only pratha and poha. Even for dinner the complete menu was not available. They gave us only a few options to select saying that their kitchen is busy with other rooms order. Even a complimentary mineral water bottle was not provided. Housekeeping staff was reluctant to climb three floors to come to our room. Not recommended to stay at this high price with such basic amenities.

Standard rooms have no standard. Door locks broken. Window does not have insect nets. Balcony door had no lock

Stay was comfortable location was good

I had booked 1 queen’s room for 3 adult and 1 child but the room was given a normal delux room which was too small for 4 person. I had to hire one additional room which has increased our budget. No facility of card acceptance was there. Either i had to pay through cash or through upi.

We had a great stay. The hotel provides excellent service and all the staff is quite friendly and cooperative. They have generators for power back up. The best thing is that they provide electric heated mattress even for standard rooms. Only reason to give 4 star instead of 5 is that there was no cupboard in standard room because room itself is pretty compact.

Service boys are too good, but hot kittle not available in room, family room is too old, manager behaviour was not well.
