Breakfast could be more fresh (hot food were lukewarm). Amenities quite worn but generally well kept. Mini Zoo was great for kids!! Duty Manager was sincere and helpful, which made a big difference. Thank you Seven!

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Within Hotel , Room , cleanliness is very good . Breakfast is very good and delicious , layout and lots of variety. My daughter enjoyed her play in the swimming pools which is very clean . Will be happy to have more manned plaything for children , your zoo layout if can have children interact with them will be Nice.

Very spacious classic but renovated hotel. Was staying for only one night for a business 永安 during Ramadan. Everything is spacious here, food was ok - could’ve been better but maybe it was because during Ramadan so they had a more limited options for suhoor meal. But overall experience was great
