Alles in allem ein gutes bis sehr gutes großes Hotel in Malang...das direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist,was uns sehr gefallen hat.Für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung,alles was man braucht.

Heerlijk ontbijt en super lief personeel, van de security tot de hostess. De gym is geschikt voor fanatieke sporters. Het zwembad is een fijne bijkomstigheid. Helaas ook enkele minpuntjes. Het treinstation en de slechte geluidsisolatie maken dat je snachts enkel slaapt met oordoppen. Het bedlinnen had een aantal vlekjes die er niet thuis horen... alles bij elkaar prima hotel voor aantal nachten.

They have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen. The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

Great hotel and value with the 永安 discounts. The staff was friendly and the room was good. Only weird thing was that you have to enter off the street through the parking garage. No direct entrance to the lobby. But there is a guard so it is very safe.

A good hotel in Malang, but a little outside the city. The restaurant is quite good and the pool is nice too, but the bedroom is not perfect: the sheets were not super clean, and the bedroom was not so clean. Good for a night, I would not stay there for a whole week
