Air condition in the room was bad. It was working but not cooling exhaust fan in the bathroom was also not working. On complaining the staff showed 3 other rooms which Was equally bad or worse so I preferred to stay in the allotted room itself. It’s high time that they should change these old and replace with new ones. Another problem was the door lock. There is no lock from inside their house keeping can open it when we sleep inside if they wanted to. Couldn’t sleep peacefully.. on the whole it was a bad experience and I won’t recommend this hotel

Travelled with three year old baby. Very very poor service from room service. During our stay here, we have to wait each time for an hour for a cup of Milk for our baby. At entry, the front desk provide no room boy to carry our luggage to the room, also at the departure. They simply gave me the room key and ask ourself to go and find the room.

Terrible experience at reception during check-in, as they keep saying visitors not allowed more than 30 minutes. Myself and my brother booked this as we had work thiruporur sro. My nephew who is studying in nearby university (hostel). We explained he will go before his hostel gate closed, the kept arguing that no visitors allowed in any hotel. Finally, even though they agreed, it was unpleasant discussion. Room was average and have to change room as linens looked like used ones
