Booked and payed King size room but go a room where 2 beds were add together which caused an unusual feeling as well was one side table missing and the switches difficult to reach . The Curtain did not totally blacked out .

Fourth stay here. The hotel has a beautiful interior design, and the room was also very clean. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, offering excellent value for money. As a suggestion, the shower facilities might need updating.

Very spacious room. However, room was along to main road and rather noisy at night for a light sleeper. Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.

one of the highly recommended hotels. Only one drawback when checking in, one of the receptionists was not welcomed, maybe just unlucky.

Everything is good; the breakfast is quite varied, the room is clean and spacious, the staffs were friendly; there is spa for kids inside the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Tangerang 五星飯店性價比很好，早餐也豐盛 房間物件齊全，水壓與水温也穩定，吹風機也可 唯一的缺點就是洗髮精跟潤髮，用了比沒用還澀。 建議換供應商，後來自己額外超市買。
