This hotel service is very poor no towels in room food quality very poor. Children are uncomfortable there. Not happy. No window in my room. No option to ventilation in room

It was very bad experience. There was no room service, even restaurant was operational only after 6 pm with 3-4 options of meal. Toilet supplies were not there. I have taken breakfast in my plan but breakfast was not available till 9:30 am, when i asked staff they asked to wait for 30 mins. I left hotel at 9:30 without breakfast. I want refund for breakfast which i paid in advance.

Location is perfect. And chef was very good. He made sumptuous dinner in relatively less time. Other staff members were helpful too.

If someone is planning to go to dhanaulti dont plan for this hotel. Behavior of the staff is worst it will ruin e your whole 永安. Dont go over structure of the hotel services provide by them are worst as no geyser working there, tv is also never working food is worst and if you complain they will never hear.

My stay at hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, and i had a delightful experience. Highly recommended!

My review 1- although staff was nice but no clean dresses, from the receptionist till waiter all are in casual wear. Food delivery waiters dress was untidy which looks so bad while getting food delivery. 2- very less option in break fast 3- no management, people are playing high music at late night after 12 mid night and no control of hotel in it. 4- although property is good but my room experience was also not good as toilet is just front of bed and there is no ventilation in it which makes your room so smelly.

The room provided was of lower category then what was booked. There was no exhaust fan for attached toilet. When enquired, they shifted us to an old room where geyser was not working. The tv did not have recharge so it never worked. The wifi was not working, and the intercom was dead. Food quality was average and buffet was poor. Room price was over inflated. Overall it was a compromising stay.
