Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

위치는 정말 좋다. 다만 가격대비 위치가 좋은 거 빼고는 높은 점수를 주기에는 부족함 점이 많다. 아침 식사도, 편의시설도 가격에 비해서는 낮은 수준이다. 가격을 조금 낮추면 좋을것 같다

This is our second time to stay at the hotel. The beach directly opposite makes for a lovely morning swim and the hotel is a short walk from the Ekareach bus stop in Kep if you are coming from phnom penh. Staff are friendly and their pool is clean and has a nice view.

非常好的，海景房，出門就是沙灘，樓下就是酒吧，和海邊一條街，有早餐，西式早餐，性價比高，不錯，下次還要來，住了兩個晚上，都是西方客人比較多，挺好的
