剛開始安排的房間空調是壞的，開的16度，但工作人員上來測試是28度，安排轉房折騰不少時間，而且有些工作人員英文也難以溝通。酒店提供自助早餐，但不少食物即使有暖燈也不夠熱。 The air conditioning of the 1st assigned room was not working. The room temperature was tested to be 28 degree even though we set it to be 16 degree. We waste lots of time because of this. It is hard for us to English to communicate with some of the staff. The hotel offers breakfast buffet, but food are not hot enough even though warming light has been used. But the view is good and relaxing!

Thank you to 永安 we had a basically free and very enjoyable staycation in this resort. We won the Watson and 永安 contest and received the RM800 voucher and we chose to spend it in this resort. It was the best decision ever coz we received a room upgrade upon registration and the room was huge with kitchen, dining area, living room area and overlooking the water park! The breakfast was awesome and the kids can go swimming while parents can have breakfast till 11am. The staff were very polite and friendly and the facility was clean and sparkling. My kids had a blast and already planning to go here again next school holiday. So a big big thanks to 永安 for the exceptional Malaysia Day staycation!

Bertam Resort truly impresses with its beautiful Moroccan-inspired architecture, huge pool, and comfortable, well-designed rooms. The overall ambiance is relaxing and perfect for a family getaway cum birthday celebration. That said, my experience was affected by a 1.5-hour delay during check-in, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey from KL. I also noticed zero convenience stores / vending machines within the Resort, which makes it less easy to grab snacks late at night. Overall, it’s a wonderful resort for a holiday, will come back again 🥰

Saya dan keluarga menginap di hotel ini baru-baru ini dan secara keseluruhannya kami sangat berpuas hati. Suasana hotel sangat tenang, bersih, dan selesa. Fasiliti lengkap dan persekitaran memang cantik serta menyenangkan. Namun begitu, sedikit kecewa dengan proses check-in. Walaupun kami telah membuat tempahan awal, bilik kami masih belum sedia walaupun waktu check-in sepatutnya jam 3 petang. Kami terpaksa menunggu agak lama. Harap pihak hotel boleh perbaiki bahagian ini untuk pengalaman yang lebih lancar. Selain itu, segalanya memang tip top. Recommended!
