Wonderful, charming hotel with a fantastic location!" This is a fantastic hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, right near Kew Gardens, making it easy to visit both the gardens and nearby Richmond. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially a young woman from Poland at the front desk. She was so warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful—she really made our my special. The room itself was very cozy and welcoming, giving you the feeling of a traditional English home or bedroom. The hotel is very quiet, and the surrounding street felt safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great find as we are visiting Kew Gardens. Would recommend highly. Bedroom was very good with a very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff especially Alicia at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We will definitely be coming back soon.
