Room was too small. No place to put suitcases. This was a handicap room which we didn’t request. Refrigerator was small and on the floor. How would a handicap person navigate this location.

L'hôtel était fermé pour problème technique (apparemment lié à l'eau), mais j'ai mis des côtes de très bien car je l'ai déjà utilisé dans d'autres voyages. On a été relogé dans un hôtel à 100m, mais sans petit dejeuner qui était compris dans le premier. Après avoir contacté 永安, le prix complet du petit déj. nous a été remboursé dans les 24h. Chapeau au SAV 永安

The hotel is in a great location but the carpet and floor were filthy. I walked down the hall and my feet felt gross. I washed them off and the wash cloth was black. Disgusting!

The air conditioning was awful…it would turn off and on and you would suffocate when it shut off. The rooms are very small and the bathroom even smaller. When we woke up my husband found remains of what we think were ants in bed we are not itchy so thank God!!! Glad we only stayed 1 night.

First of all being a Wyndham property you would expect better service. Room was very small and cram. Breakfast was a waste of time they ran out quickly. Same breakfast everyday Biscuits and gravy, waffles wirh no syrup. Pool not accessible due to children wild un attend too by parents. The cable went out no one to fix it. No tv to watch Will not stay here again. I might gotten better service at the days Imn
