位置很棒，旁邊就是市中心 購物交通都方便，在赫爾算是比較高的樓了，酒店工作人員都很熱情

A recepção foi ótima. Explicação da hospedagem, horário do café da manhã, horário de sairmos. Quarto organizado, limpo. Única coisa que nao gostei deram os travesseiros, mas nada tão ruim para uma noite somente. O Café da manhã com ótimas opções, muito bom mesmo. Mas o que achei ruim foi o local estacionamento. Dentro do estacionamento do shopping center. Muito difícil localização. Mas o geral eu voltaria a me hospedar .

Experience is perfect, the only thing that the hotel has as a negative from my experience of booking and using it multiple times is the signage for the parking. It is very difficult to spot and instructions are limited. Thank you however for the service, all staff are great and the rooms are lovely.

Had a great time here. Hotel was clean, service was great , location was great as well as I had access to very useful shops

Great location next to a mall and train station, making it very convenient to access stores and groceries. The city center, including museums and art galleries, is all within walking distance. The unlimited breakfast was a classic hotel spread and quite good, with unlimited coffee and juice to start the day right.

Booked as my mum was in hospital nearby for stage 4 terminal lung cancer. In the end I had to stay at her bedside. Despite explaining the situation and circumstances, the hotel refused to offer a refund or new dates. Ruthless business obsessed with ££ and lacking in any compassion.

酒店人員服務挺熱情，離開火車站很近，邊上大商場和超市，餐飲也不少，火車站公交總站去各地都挺方便。去聖三一教堂和hull河邊走走也就20多分鐘，安靜漂亮的小鎮。

每年都會帶孩子出來度假，房間舒適乾淨整潔，適合不同需求，服務周到，早餐不錯，周邊環境很好，吃飯購物交通都很便利

安靜整潔，態度好，早餐不是特別豐富，整體還是不錯的。交通便利，去中心溜達一下很方便。周圍有很多好玩的！

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience during my stay at your establishment. Despite booking for 2 nights,20th -22nd Nov 24 both evenings were marred by a lack of adequate heating in the room. The first night, after requesting a room change due to malfunctioning heating, we were only able to move the next day. The portable heater provided was insufficient and did not alleviate the cold. The following night, we encountered the same issue with the new room. Despite reporting it promptly, the heating could not be fixed. The mini portable heater offered was ineffective, resulting in an uncomfortable and freezing night's sleep. Sleeping fully clothed and with winter pajamas on due to freezing temperatures is unacceptable for any guest.It is disappointing that no one followed up on our situation or inquired about our comfort after such a challenging night. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during our stay. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and offer a resolution that reflects your commitment to guest Kind regards P.M
