Found the floor and bed are dusty and dirty, my family’s room have dead cockroach, seem like the room has not been cleaned since weeks. Disappointed

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge stocked with snacks and beverages.
